Yoga for Musicians with Adrienne and Renee
Using accessible yoga poses and breath work, we will learn:
- How to bring focus to your practice routine
- How to use the breath as a tool for awareness; as well as cope with stress.
- How to create space for the mind to think deeply, reflect carefully.
This class will provide hands on, practical exercises with your instrument —-weight transfer in the body as well as intention setting. Bring a yoga mat and your instrument of choice and music to work with.
